Identity and Address of the Responsible Party:

JULBRITER ENTERPRICES S. DE RL C.V., which manages the restaurant known as MAZO, located at Av. del Palmar 196, Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico, CP 63734, is "THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY" for the processing of the Personal Data of its client(s) (hereinafter "THE HOLDER").

Personal Data Requested from the Holder

For the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, RESTAURANTE MAZO may request and collect the following personal data:

● Name or Business Name.
● Date of Birth.
● Email address.
● Telephone/Cell Phone Number.
● Bank Data related to your cards for making charges or guarantees for the requested service.
● Federal Taxpayer Registry.
● Tax Data.
● CURP.
● Incorporation Act, power of attorney, or necessary documentation to prove your identity.
● Personal Data of the Legal Representative.

RESTAURANTE MAZO will not collect or process sensitive data.

"THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY" may transfer your Personal Data to third parties without obtaining the consent of "THE HOLDER" only when the cases established in Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Law) apply and in the case of digital storage (server).

The data provided by "THE HOLDER" may be collected when visiting the restaurant's facilities and/or through any means or questionnaire carried out by it, through promotional cards, by filling out documents, or through access to websites or emails controlled by "THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY".

Use or Disclosure of Personal Data

"THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY" will process the Personal Data subject to the consent of "THE HOLDER". It is understood that "THE HOLDER" tacitly consents to the processing of their data once this Privacy Notice is made available and no express and written opposition is made.

"THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY" informs "THE HOLDER" that the information provided will be incorporated into a computer system located on a server outside of RESTAURANTE MAZO and managed by a third party, which is why there is a transfer of data for the sole purpose of digitally storing the collected information.

"THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY" declares having informed "The Third Party" about the Privacy Notice that governs the information of "THE HOLDER" and the purposes to which their processing is subject.

RESTAURANTE MAZO will not collect or process sensitive data, only in cases where it is strictly necessary will Sensitive Personal Data be collected, for which we will request "THE HOLDER" to provide their autograph signature, electronic signature, or any other authentication mechanism established for that purpose.

The third-party recipients of your Personal Data are obligated by the corresponding contract and/or corporate policies to maintain the confidentiality of the Personal Data provided by RESTAURANTE MAZO and to observe this Privacy Notice.

Purposes for which Your Personal Data Will Be Used

The data collected from you will be used for the following purposes necessary for the service

● For restaurant services in reservations, as well as to communicate promotions, changes, or cancellations of reservations.

ARCO Rights

In terms of the applicable regulations, you have the right to know what Personal Data we have about you, as well as to be informed of how we use it and the conditions of its use (Access) Likewise, you have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification).

You have the right to request that we delete your data from our records when you consider that it is not being used properly (Cancellation). You also have the right to oppose the use of your Personal Data for specific purposes (Opposition).

These Rights are known as ARCO Rights.

In case "THE HOLDER" considers that their right to the protection of Personal Data has been violated by improper treatment by "THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY" and/or its managers, it is informed that a complaint may be filed with the INAI.

With this action, "THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY" will cease sending advertising and/or marketing.

Changes to the Privacy Notice

If "THE HOLDER" does not explicitly express their opposition to the changes made to this Privacy Notice, it will imply that "THE HOLDER" has read, understood, and agreed to the terms presented, which implies their consent to the changes established in such updates regarding the processing of their Personal Data for the purposes of the Law and other applicable legislation.

Terms and Conditions

By providing your Personal Data, "THE HOLDER" acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions of this notice, which may be modified according to our needs and the services we offer. Therefore, "THE HOLDER" authorizes RESTAURANTE MAZO to collect their Personal Data in the manner described in this notice.

If you do not agree with the conditions described, you may exercise the rights granted by the Law.
